You’ll begin with a welcome letter and an introductory conversation by phone or email so we can connect and clarify your goals. You’ll receive an agenda ahead of time so you know what to expect.
For sessions, come with a journal, water, an open mind, and comfortable clothing. This is a collaborative space designed to support you fully—right where you are. -
This section is currently being developed. Confidentiality is a priority, and a formal policy or NDA will be shared once finalized.

Sessions are typically scheduled 1–2 weeks in advance. Availability includes mornings, afternoons, and early evenings, depending on the day.
Most events are held Friday through Sunday. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please reach out and let us know what you’re hoping for—we’ll do our best to accommodate. -
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance by text or email.
Any meeting without communication will be considered a no-show after 10 minutes. -
No refunds are offered. We understand that life happens, and there is no need to explain why you need to reschedule.
Please communicate as early as possible so we can find a new date and time that works for both of us. -
For Zoom sessions, you’ll receive a meeting link in advance. Please allow a few minutes for any technical delays. If the link isn’t working or you’re experiencing issues, text right away. Sessions will automatically be cancelled after 10 minutes if no contact is made.
For in-person sessions, we’ll agree on a location in advance (restaurant, park, store, etc.). Please plan ahead for travel and arrive prepared with topics or goals if a plan hasn’t already been established.
Your feedback is important—we’ll work together to support the bigger goals you’re moving toward. -
Additional sessions can always be added if you need extra support, or session time can be extended so you don’t feel rushed.
Perfection isn’t the goal—we’re building lifelong habits and practices that support your future. Growth takes time, and everyone moves at their own pace. -
Emergencies happen. Programs can be paused for up to three months if needed.
Because all programs are fully personalized, the pace can shift at any time—some clients meet weekly or twice a week, while others prefer monthly sessions. We adjust as your life and needs change.
